Entry Requirements:  FRA promotes safety for our staff and the community.  From 17th December 2021 all students will be required to provide evidence of double COVID-19 vaccination upon enrolment.  Due to the current situation with COVID-19, we ask that anyone that has travelled anywhere either to an interstate hotspot or overseas must not visit our training centre for at least 14 days of self isolation after return to Queensland/Australia.  In addition to this, we will comply with any future government advice relating to travel.  Also, anyone who has been in close contact with someone (such as a family member) who has been overseas or to an interstate hotspot, should not visit our training centre for 14 days.  We also advise that those who have someone self isolating in their household that they too should defer attendance to FRA classes.

USI:  A USI (Unique Student Identifier) number is required for all accredited training in Australia.  If you do not provide a USI number we may not be able to issue a Certificate/Statement of Attainment upon successful completion of training.

Reasonable Adjustment:   FRA supports learners with recognised disabilities and makes adjustments, where possible, according to each individuals need. The level of adjustment required is determined on a case by case basis between FRA and the learner with a disability. FRA ensures any Reasonable Adjustment does not compromise the integrity of the competency standards.

  • Continual sanitising of door handles, toilet areas etc. is conducted throughout the day.

  • Ample gloves, alcohol wipes and sanitising gel are provided for your safety and convenience.
  • All First Aid supplies such as bandages, dressings etc. are new and are not re-used.
